Spring arrives in style, bringing with it the much-anticipated Harrogate Spring Flower Show 2025. This year’s event, running from 24th–27th April at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre, celebrates an incredible 105 years of floral excellence. Organised by the North of England Horticultural Society (NEHS), the show continues to attract over 40,000 visitors annually, cementing its place as a must-visit for florists, garden designers, and plant lovers.

From stunning show gardens to jaw-dropping floral displays, the event offers an immersive experience for all. Live competitions add excitement, while expert demonstrations provide fresh inspiration. Whether you’re a seasoned horticulturist or simply love beautiful blooms, this year’s show promises something special for everyone.

An Explosion of Spring Colours

The Floral Hall will once again steal the spotlight, featuring an explosion of spring colours from top UK growers and nurseries. Visitors can explore creative floral installations, from classic cottage gardens to bold, gothic-inspired displays.

The Show Gardens and Creative Borders will once again be a major highlight, showcasing innovative designs that blend horticultural expertise with artistic vision. The Show Gardens will feature stunning large-scale landscapes, each telling a unique story inspired by themes of legacy, sustainability, and cultural heritage. Meanwhile, the Creative Borders will demonstrate how small spaces can be transformed into captivating, functional gardens, offering inspiration for urban and home gardeners alike.

This year, the influence of Bradford’s City of Culture 2025 adds an exciting artistic dimension, infusing floral storytelling with cultural and community-driven themes. From edible gardens to bold, contemporary designs, visitors can expect a diverse array of thought-provoking displays.

Live Competitions

For those who thrive on excitement, daily live competitions will test the speed and skill of floral designers. Contestants have just 90 minutes to create large-scale displays, with audiences watching every move.

Beyond the displays, visitors can soak up expert advice on everything from growing perfect blooms to using homegrown produce in the kitchen. Across four live stages, top horticulturists, chefs, and designers will share insights to help gardeners of all levels.

Tickets are now available at £23 until 8th April. Secure yours and experience the best of UK flori events.
